01Why us

Most export problems aren't shipping problems. We fix the ones that actually bite.

01

Farm-direct sourcing

We buy at the mandi and estate level, not through layers of traders — so you get better pricing and full traceability back to the grower.

02

Quality, verified twice

Every consignment is graded at origin and re-checked before loading, with third-party lab reports issued against your spec sheet.

03

Documentation handled

Phytosanitary certificates, certificate of origin, bill of lading, and any buyer-country paperwork — prepared and filed by our team.

04

One point of contact

You get a named person who owns your shipment from purchase order to port of discharge. No handoffs, no chasing.

03How it works

From first enquiry to bill of lading.

  1. Step 01

    Enquiry & spec

Tell us the product, grade, volume and destination port. We come back with a CIF or FOB quote, usually within two working days.

  2. Step 02

    Samples & approval

We ship pre-shipment samples for your lab and sign-off. Nothing gets purchased in bulk until you've approved the sample.

  3. Step 03

    Sourcing & QC

We procure against your approved spec, then grade, clean and test the lot — with photos and reports shared before packing.

  4. Step 04

    Documentation

Phytosanitary, certificate of origin, fumigation, insurance and customs filing are prepared in parallel so nothing holds up the vessel.

  5. Step 05

    Shipping & tracking

Container booked, stuffed and sealed under supervision. You get the BL, container number and live tracking until discharge.

04About us

Why buyers work with us

Sri Swastik International is an agricultural products exporter based in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, connecting Indian growing regions with buyers overseas — groundnut from our own Anantapur–Kurnool belt, red chilli from Guntur, and turmeric from the Erode–Salem belt.

We are a young company, but the people in it have spent years inside Indian agri supply chains — at the procurement desk, on the mill floor, and at the port. That experience is the reason shipments leave on schedule.

Most problems in agri exports are not shipping problems. They are specification problems, or paperwork problems, caught too late. A grade gets agreed on a phone call and never written down. A phytosanitary certificate gets started the week the vessel sails. By the time anyone notices, the container is already at sea and the buyer is the one absorbing it.

We front-load both. Your specification is agreed in writing before we buy anything. Samples go to your lab and get signed off before we commit to a bulk purchase. Documents are prepared in parallel while the lot is still being graded, not after it is packed. It is a slower start and a much faster finish.

We also keep the chain short. Buying at the mandi and estate level instead of through layers of intermediaries means better pricing for the buyer, traceability back to the grower, and a shorter line to walk back down when something needs checking.

We quote what we can actually deliver

If a grade or volume is outside what we can reliably source this season, we say so at the enquiry stage rather than accepting the order and negotiating later.

Nothing ships without an approved sample

Pre-shipment samples go to your lab first. We do not purchase in bulk against an assumed specification.

One named person owns your shipment

From purchase order to port of discharge, you deal with the same person. No handoffs between desks, no chasing an inbox.

05The team

Meet the team

Two managing directors, one shared inbox, and a named owner on every shipment. When you email us, you reach someone who can actually answer.

We are a small, hands-on Indian export team. Between us we cover sourcing and grower relationships, quality control and lab testing, export documentation and customs compliance, and shipping execution through to discharge.

Sourcing & vendor development

Building direct relationships at the mandi and processing-unit level across the groundnut, chilli and turmeric belts — starting on our own doorstep in Anantapur — so the chain from grower to container stays short and traceable.

Quality assurance & grading

Setting the specification with the buyer in writing, then grading, cleaning and lab-testing each lot against it — SHU and ASTA for chilli, curcumin for turmeric, count and aflatoxin for groundnut.

Documentation & compliance

Phytosanitary certificates, certificate of origin, fumigation, insurance and customs filing — prepared alongside the lot rather than after it, and checked against destination-market rules.

Logistics & shipment execution

Booking, supervised stuffing and sealing, and tracking through to port of discharge, with the bill of lading and container details shared as soon as they exist.
